This SMS Privacy Policy applies to text messages sent by DreamCore Leadership LLC, including its DreamCore Academy and DreamCore Leadership programs ("DreamCore," "we," "us").
Your text-message choices. Our registration forms may offer two separate checkboxes for text messages. Both are optional and unchecked, and neither is required to register or to buy anything:
We record each choice separately and send each type of message only to people who checked that box.
Information collected. When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number; a record of each consent you give, including its exact wording, the date and time, and the page where you gave it; and the information you submit with the form, such as your name, email address, state, and interests.
How we use it. We use this information only to send the types of text messages you chose, to process opt-out and opt-back-in requests, and to keep a record of your consent.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This includes other LegalShield associates and LegalShield corporate. Your mobile information is processed only by the service providers that deliver our messages, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers, and only for that purpose.
Cost and frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts after that. Opting out of texts does not cancel your event registration.
Opting back in. If you opted out and want to receive texts again, reply START to the same number that sent you our messages, where your carrier supports it. Submitting a registration form again does not, by itself, reverse a previous STOP request.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Children. Our text messaging is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes. We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
